We want you to love your gear as much as the trail, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached and your items are in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
